3lbs smoked turkey parts
2 small to med heads cabbage
2 med to large carrots chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper chopped
1/2 red bell pepper chopped
2 cloves fresh pressed garlic
2 tsp seasoning salt (optional)
pepper to taste
2 cups water

I used a pressure cooker to save time!
You need 2 cups of water to cook the turkey.

Cook turkey until meat is falling off of the bone. (2 hrs for 3lbs)

remove meat from pressure cooker.
(leave the stock in the pan)
add chopped carrots & peppers. add shredded cabbage, pressed garlic cloves, seasoning salt, black pepper.

cook 1/2 the cabbage & other veggies for 3-4 mins depending on desired tenderness. remove from pan. repeat w/ remainder of cabbage & veggies.

remove smoked turkey meat from the bones. add to cabbage. stir. serve with rice.

I served mine with fried chicken & a side salad. YUMMY!

2 packages. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 large fresh broccoli crown chopped
1 small chopped yellow onion
1 cup shredded Colby Cheddar cheese
1 can chunk chicken, drained and flaked
1can cream of chicken soup
1 pressed garlic clove
black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Unroll crescent dough; separate into triangles. Arrange triangles in circle on greased 14 inch pizza pan with wide ends overlapping in center and points toward the outside.

In large bowl, combine broccoli, , onion, garlic, cheese, chicken and soup. Scoop mixture evenly onto widest end of each triangle. Bring outside points of triangles down over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center. (Filling will not be completely covered.)

Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
