Veggie StirFry with Brown Rice





Preparing a veggie stirfry with brown rice can be done with minimal effort & time.
You'll definitely be satisfied & feel good about having great nutrition.
Many times, you can prepare a quick stirfry with veggies on hand. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup cooking oil
1" piece fresh ginger root
2 cloves fresh garlic pressed
2 broccoli crowns
4 carrots sliced
4 ribs celery sliced
1 medium yellow onion
1 bunch scallions

Finishing Sauce
1/4tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp corn starch or arrow root
1/3 cup or 3-4 pkts soy sauce

brown rice (2-3 cups) use the rice cooker to save time

this made enough for a family of 5. everyone was FULL!
