
I usually make this sauce when my dough is proofing.
This recipe provides plenty of sauce for three ten inch pizzas.


Add Fresh Pressed Garlic

Add Herbs & Spices

Add Sugar

Stir


Add Sauce to Prepared Pizza Dough



Place Desired Toppings on Pizza. Cook & Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
2 8 ounce cans of Tomato Sauce
3 fresh pressed Garlic Cloves
1 tsp dried Oregano
1 tsp dried Basil
1 tsp dried Thyme
1 tsp dried Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp fresh cracked Black Pepper
1 tsp Sugar, Honey, or Agave Nectar
*1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
(this adds a special dimension to the sauce, but it's use is not mandatory)
DIRECTIONS
1. Add Herbs to sauce.
2. Add Fresh Cracked Black Pepper.
3. Add Sugar, Honey, or Agave Nectar.
