Red Vinaigarette
It is very easy to make your own vinaigrette. You can change the flavor and color depending on which vinegar you use.
I simply tossed this with a cucumber salad. It was very refreshing!
INGREDIENTS
4oz Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 tsp Onion Powder
1/3 tsp Dried Basil
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
2 Pressed Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Sugar or Honey
8 oz Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Build dressing in order of ingredients (Acid, Seasonings, Sweetener, Oil)
2. Whisk them together. Refrigerate.
3. Serve over Salad. Enjoy

This sounds really good and easy to make. My salad posts are just drizzles of vinegar and olive oil this def sounds much more interesting. Have to try it.
@ Hell Notes for Beauty...
It was super easy to make. Drizzles sound good. I've done that b4...drizzles of lemon juice & olive oil. Healthy! This was much sharper than I'm used to. I love Rice Vinegar. It is so much milder than the other varieties out there. Thanks for commenting.
this seems so basic, but how do you cook your rice in your rice cooker? when mine first gets done it is perfect but quickly goes mushy so i suspect it is slightly overcooked when we first eat it. did you get this tool from pampered chef (that you are using to make the dressing)
@ just me...
this is def very basic.
yes, i make my rice in the rice cooker. it took forever for me to get it right. i was making it like on the stove @ 1st 2 parts water to 1 part rice. that was wrong & it came out mushy everyx! then i read the direx again & realised that i was supposed to be using equal parts of water & rice. when i made the adjustment, it came out PERFECT. plz try that & lemme know how it turns out.
yes, that measure mix & pour came from pampered chef. i used to sell it & have like 3 of 'em. LOL
thanks so much for commenting.
i am going to try the rice thing tonight and i will let you know how it turns out
