This is a really quick and easy recipe.
If you grill chicken ahead of time, you can simply add it to the salad. For this recipe, I chose the prepared frozen grilled chicken available at Aldi.
It only takes 15 minutes to bake your own croutons.

INGREDIENTS
2-3 Romaine Hearts (washed and cut)
Caesar Salad Dressing Click HERE for recipe.
Croutons Click HERE for recipe.
Grilled Chicken
*Optional Ingredients include Anchovies, Crumbled Egg, and Hot Peppers
DIRECTIONS
Wash and Cut Romaine Hearts.
Spin in a salad spinner if you hate excess water.
My family prefers the wet salad.
Add Croutons
Grilled Chicken
Toss
Add Cheesy Caesar Salad Dressing
Enjoy!

Sharon...We love chicken as well.
This salad is a family fave. We eat it also without the chicken. The use of the fresh lemon juice in the dressing really makes this delicious.
