INGREDIENTS
4 lbs Fresh Green Beans
1 1/2 lbs. Smoked Turkey
12 oz water
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 tsp fresh thyme. (or 1 tsp dried thyme)
1 tsp each: garlic powder, onion powder, lawry's seasoning salt, poultry seasoning

1/2 tsp ground sage
1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper

Wash the green beans. Snap off the ends.
Snap the green beans in half. Set aside.

Place washed smoked turkey in pressure cooker.
Pour the water over smoked turkey.
Set the pressure cooker to cook on HIGH for 99 minutes.
Release pressure when the turkey is done.
Remove the turkey from the pressure cooker. Set aside to seperate meat from the bones. The meat will be tender, literally falling off of the bones.
Reserve the liquid. Let it remain in the pressure cooker.

Add the clean snapped beans to the pressure cooker.
Add seasonings & chopped garlic.
Stir, evenly distributing the seasonings, chopped garlic, & the liquid all over the green beans.

Cook the green beans in the pressure cooker on HIGH for 7 minutes.
Release Pressure. Add the smoked turkey meat to the green beans. Stir.
Cook the green beans & the smoked turkey on HIGH for 3 minutes.

Serve over rice.
This can be a main dish or a side dish.

Enjoy
