Marvelous Mini-Meatloaves

It costs me about $3 to make these mini-meatloaves for my family.
That's about the average cost of a burger at a fast food restaurant.
This is a healthier alternative.
Traditional Meatloaf takes about an hour to cook.
Mini-Meatloaves take about a half an hour.
Serves 6.

Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey
2 fresh pressed cloves of garlic (divided in half)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 8oz can of tomato sauce (divided in half)
2/3 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1 egg

Sauce
4 oz tomato sauce
1 fresh pressed garlic clove
1 tsp dark brown sugar
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
fresh cracked black pepper

Directions
Add dry seasonings to ground turkey.
Add fresh pressed garlic, Worcestershire sauce, oatmeal & egg.
Mix well.
Add half of the tomato sauce. Reserve the rest for the sauce.
Using a Stainless Steel Scoop, spoon the meat mixture into the individual muffin tin spaces. Use the back of the scoop to flatten each meatloaf. You should have enough for 2 scoops for each mini-meatloaf.

How to Make the Sauce
To the remainder of the tomato sauce,
add 1 fresh pressed clove of garlic,
1 tsp brown sugar
1 capful of apple cider vinegar
fresh cracked pepper to taste.
Spoon mixture evenly over each mini-meatloaf.

Put the muffin tins in the oven for 30 mins. (depending on your oven)

Optional. While the mini meatloaves are hot from the oven,
add fresh grated cheese.

Enjoy!
