Asian Chicken Salad


This was a salad requested by most of my hostesses when I was a Pampered Chef Consultant.

A lot of restaurants have their own version of this salad.

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (Grilled)
3 Romaine Lettuce Hearts
5 Radishes
1 Red Onion
1 Naval Orange (segmented & sliced)
...you can substitute manadarin organge segments if you prefer
Chow Mein Noodles (optional)

dressing
1/3 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Garlic Clove Pressed
1/8 tsp dry ginger powder
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup canola oil

wash all veggies. seperate lettuce. cut into strips.
remove ends from radishes. slice thinly.
slice onion into thin rings.
segment the orange & cut into chunks. there should be no membrane
add chopped chicken & chow mein noodles.
add dressing. toss
enjoy!
