Blue Balsamic Salad with Grilled Chicken



When I worked at Atlanta Bread Company, I enjoyed this salad regularly.
I often make it at home. It is the perfect balance of savory, sweet, & sour.

Here's what you'll need:

Field Greens and Romaine Lettuce
Blue Cheese Crumbles
Toasted Walnuts
Tomato washed & quartered or seeded & chopped
Granny Smith Apples peeled, cored, sliced & chopped
Red Onion sliced
Dried Cranberries
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Grilled Chicken (optional)











These are fresh, but craisins are dried. YUM
